The September 1989 release of Apple II Technical Notes and File Type Notes
is now available from Apple.com via anonymous FTP (130.43.2.2).  Look
in the ~ftp/pub/dts/aii directory.  For a list of all available files
and those recently added, check the ~ftp/pub/dts/help directory.
