Does anyone know if PC-DOS 4.01 or generic MS-DOS 4.01 works correctly with
PC-DITTO?  There was a warning in PC-DITTO v3.01 that, as of DOS v3.30, only
PC-DOS would boot correctly from the hard disk.  MS-DOS 3.30 would not.
