   I've hooked up the old TANDON 360K drive from my old COCOA, and would like
to be able to use it to get files to and from a PC (single density drive).
Should this work with TOS1.4? Perhaps there is an ST program needed which
would know about IBM compatible format. Atari's "best-kept secret" about
IBM disk compatibility -- is that only for 3 1/2" disks? I've tried just
about every formatter around, even installed IBM boot sectors.
