    I am no longer receiving acknowledgment of file requests from
Panarthea, although I can get the INDEX BINARIES just fine.
    I'm on BitNet and am using a request similar to the following:

TO:    ARCHIVE-SERVER%PANARTHEA%CHROME@SUN.COM
FROM:  Z4648252@SFAUSTIN.BITNET

PATH Z4648252%SFAUSTIN.BITNET@CUNYVM.CUNY.EDU
SEND BINARIES /VOLUME6/ATC PART01 PART02
SEND BINARIES /VOLUME6 NORAD

    The TO and FROM are in the header.  Anything there incorrect, folks?
The PATH and SENDs are in the body.  This is the format that I have always
used and can get the INEX BINARIES this way.  What am I doing wrong?  Sniff.
