A great deal of the information in this document is quite technical in nature, and would most likely be confusing to the non-developer (such as the technical description of how a file move is accomplished in # 7 above). That, in my opinion, makes it unsatisfactory as a general public release to accompany the 1.4 ROMs. I would hope that some form of user oriented documentation is being shipped with the new ROMs. -- *George R.
