I wouldn't say it's ALL secret. I find the Compute! set of technical reference manuals for the ST comparable to the Mac "Toolbox" series. They give the essentials for all GEM/BIOS/XBIOS calls, which is all your supposed to be using anyway, at least if you want it to run from ROM to ROM.
