But what about the thousands of us who would like to know what TOS 1.4 can do, but can't justify the $xxx.00 to become a registered developer? I take it that there will be some sort of document accompanying the new ROM set telling users all the nifty things that 1.4 provides (at least those accessible from the desktop).
