QuantumLink costs $9.95 for basic service, including one hour of what they
call "Plus Time", each month.  Plus Time includes almost everything except
reading instructions and menus in some areas.  Email is plus time, everything
interactive is PlusTime, as are uploading, downloading, and reading of
descriptions.  PlusTime costs an extra $4.80 per hour after the first
hour is over - at least, that is the price that comes to mind.  

There are many areas on QuantumLink, each for a different facet of the 64.
And yes, there is an area especially for Geos.
