I don't understand what you mean. All your products work on 100% of the machines. If so I'm suprise. Their are cases where the customer just dosn't want you to test on their equiptment. Some of them beleive if you can't deliver something working you have a bad reputation already. Me, I have yet to see a product that dosn't have a flaw in it.
