The only thing I came up with was C_CHECK.ARC on SIMTEL20. It includes source, but that looked like it was used as a sample to be run thru C_CHECK to demo its capabilities. In other words, if you run the source thru C_CHECK, you'll get a list of things that need fixing. Still, the EXE did function, but I can't comment on how much work it would take to get the source into a compilable state.
