Has anybody written  User defined primitive(s) for
smalltalk/V to access the hardware ports on the PC/AT?

I would like to execute the  IN Port,Byte and OUT Byte,Port comands
as smalltalk primitives.

Any help appreciated

P.S. I really want to drive an MPU-401 but it's too much to hope that anybody
has any smalltalk/V code for this beast - or is it ????
