PERSTOR I am considering the purchase of either: a) The Miniscribe 3085 (71 Meg, 17ms) with the PS180-16F controller by PERSTOR. or b) The Seagate ST296N (80 Meg, 28ms) with seagates SCSI controller. Is anyone well versed in either of these drives or drives of a similar size/quality? Is the PERSTOR controller compatible with most software? The drive/controller is to be used on a 10MHz AT compatible. Any help is appreciated. -- -===------===- From Jeff Pyne at Cerebral Cortex BBS System -==-==----==-==- (902)462-7245 3/12/2400 8N1 24h/7d -==-------==------ jeff_pyne%brains@iisat.UUCP -==-==----==-==- {uunet, utai, watmath}!dalcs!iisat!brains!jeff_pyne -===------===-
