I don't experience the same problem, but nevertheless, here's what David Alverson has to say about it: "There is a problem in v0.8, especially if you connect to Unix or VAX machines. I made a received backspace destructive, but on a vt100 it shouldn't be. You can remove this "feature" with a disk editor like FEdit. Go to offset 10BEE and change 4EBA 0004 to 4E71 4E71."
