I am looking to upgrade my 4-bit video card in my Mac II to 8-bit,
in preparation for converting from a grey-scale to a color monitor.
I am familiar with working with hardware and I am not afraid to
install the upgrade myself.  Therefore, I am looking for a cheap
source for the video upgrade chips.  The information requested is:

o  company name
o  address (if known)
o  phone (if known)
o  cost
o  method of payment (e.g., cash only, credit cards, etc.)
