Microsoft Press publishes something called (I think) _Working with Word_.  I
have the 3.x version of this book and I find it to be clear, concise, and 
extremely helpful.  I have seen the 4.x version around, but haven't gotten
to buy it yet.  I think the price is around 22.95 ($).
