I would strongly recommend "Working with Word, 2nd Edition" from Microsoft
Press. It's an excellent tutorial on the various features of Word 4.0, taught
one at a time.  I would also recommend buying at least one copy of the
reference manual as well -- almost without exception, the best tutorials are
not the best reference manuals, and vice versa.  Learn Word with the tutorial,
use Word with the reference manual.
