The HPDJ driver manual can only be printed out by the companion
BatchPrint application. Luckily BatchPrint has a crude screen page
preview function that you can use to read enough of the manual to get
your DeskJet setup properly to then print the manual out on your DeskJet! 
It's all very Catch-22'ish.
