It is in the APDA catalog.
For simplified character, the catalog number is M0222CH/A/
For traditional character, the catalog number is M00223TA/A.

The character can be printed on laser printer, but not in outline font form.
There is a version of laser printer that allow printing of Kanji character
in outline font, but the printer is not available in the US.
