If they refuse to give it to you, then contact your credit card company. Billing you before shipping may not be illegal (I am not sure on this, but I actually think it is), but it is definately unethical. If this is the case, then your credit card company can usually rout you to the correct legal actions you can take against Symantic. Most likely, they will just tell you not to pay it and they will take it off your credit card. You can always pay later is their attitude. If you do this and Symantic has shipped, they give you the UPS number and UPS is having problems, then it might be fraud, that is why you should contact Symantic first. In any case, contact your credit card company. They know this better than anyone else you may know, including almost all lawyer you may happen to know. They make their livings on things like this, and they know the laws. They will tell you what you can and cannot do. Michael Rutman
