Edit a cursor in ResEdit, open it as General, then cut/paste the hex dump
(the actual hex numbers, not the right column). You can use StuffHex with
the results of the Paste. That's how it's done in my ClipDialer FKEY.
 
And please forgive the quoting conventions approximation: I'm on a Mac at
the moment with no auto-facility to do such.
