I have recently begun working with a client who is using an IW LQ on a Plus.  
I am curious how others have handled the need for the large (3X) fonts which 
are required for the hi-res LQ print modes.  Apple only supplies 3 or 4 fonts 
with the LQ software, and they are not all useful fonts at that.  I suspect 
that there are people marketing "LQ ready" font sets which include the larger-
than-normal fonts, but have not seen any listed in catalogs, ads, etc.  
I also suspect that some people are resizing their favorite fonts using the 
commonly available font utilities (Fontastic, etc.).  

I would like to hear some experiences from others, as well as recommendations 
on font utilities which work well.  Thanks.
