It seems that they had stopped shipping upgrades on August 22 so that they could take inventory, and catch up on all of the upgrade orders received. They were to begin shipping again on Sept. 11 (Monday). The advice that I got was that if you still hadn't received your upgrade in 2 weeks, give Customer Support a call and tell them.
