Anyone got a version of mkdep (makedepend) that understands properly about
which include files are being used when the cc used is the BSD version
(/usr/bsd43/bin/cc)?  All the ones I've tried out like to generate dependencies
for the /usr/include (not /usr/include/bsd43) header files...
