I want to run Netnews B 2.11.17 + dbz + nntp 1.5.6.
I haven't had much luck getting nntp/server to compile
(using  cc -bsd  and trying to avoid NDBM).  Has anyone else
gotten this to work?  (Am I barking up the wrong tree here?)
Do I have to fake <dbm.h> and <sys/param.h>?
