Does anyone have enough experience with either Multi-Mate or the
IBM QuietWriter 7 to give me a tip as to why one of our users is
getting double passes of the printer over text that's not supposed
to be bolded, and *quadruple* passes if she specifies bold?

Printing from Lotus or DOS doesn't seem to yield this problem on
the QW7.  Is there a MultiMate setting for "High Quality Text
Output"?  Is it perhaps in the printer's dipswitches?
