By controlling some processes, there is a problem in using the function setpgrp. What I'll need is a function to create a process group in order to send the leader of the process group via kill a signal and all members of that group should get the signal. The effect of the function setpgrp in AT&T-UNIX is also, that the controlling terminal will be changed by this call. Some processes, which will check the controlling terminal will fail (like pg). On the other hand a logout by switching the terminal off will be ignored (SIGHUP) by the whole process group.
