The uugetty _function_ exists within getty, but there is *no* seperate uugetty in SCO Xenix 2.3 (per both my own searching and information from SCO technical support). In SCO Unix 3.2 there is a seperate uugetty. The uugetty function is activated within getty when a proper device lock file is placed in the /usr/spool/uucp directory. I posted an item detailing this a few days ago.
