It (Windows 386) will run TeX and, at the least, my previewer Dvivga
in ega mode, simultaneously, plus an editor. CED I have no idea.
Requires at least 4 megs of memory.

Given rumors of Windows 3.0, trying to make TeX or a real Windows
previewer in Windows 2.xx itself is silly.
