Message-ID: Date: 6 Sep 89 08:14:02 GMT Sender: news@phoenix.Princeton.EDU Distribution: comp Organization: Cognitive Science Lab. Princeton University. Lines: 19 Is there anyone out there adding simple 3d (or just 2d) animation tools/widgets/language to X11 ? I'm wondering what does it really take (both in the structural/representational sense as well as pragmatics like computing resources) to enpower users to generate/write their own simple animation clips to their existing X applications. Objects in the clips can be any arbitrary complex artificial objects or objects extracted from video clips/frames (this later video nut will be harder to crack I think). Any pointers appreciated. -- Eric Ho Cognitive Science Lab., Princeton University voice = 609-987-2987 email = eho@confidence.princeton.edu 609-987-2819 (messages) eho@bogey.princeton.edu regards. -eric-
