NeXT has licensed the dictionary from Merriam Webster's and the license is such that the data in only to be accessed from a NeXT system (i.e. you could be anywhere in the world, and you could access my NeXT's Webster's database, IFF your final point of processing is a NeXT. Seems vague and hard to enforce...
