I just copied over the XView Toolkit source from expo, and the copy I got
had in doc/api_manual an identical chap1.doc.ps and chap2.doc.ps (they're
both chapter 1).  I don't desperately need chapter 2, but it would be nice
to have it put in contrib/XView separately so people don't have to copy over
huge new files.
