Unless I'm mistaken, the contents of the API Reference manual included in the
XView release from Sun contains the contents of Chapter One twice, once where
it should be, and once in a file called "chap2.doc.ps".

Also, I wonder if there's any more of a general guide to the XView release than
just the documentation in the "doc" directory.
