On exiting the shell using CTL-D I get a core dump. Using bye or finish, it is OK. I just wondered if you had a fix for this problem. Here is the information on the systems : Bas Revision : 1.02 1) Machine : SUN 3 OS : SunOS 4.0.1 Compiler : gcc revision 1.35.92 2) Machine : Motorola Delta (68030) OS : System V Release 3 Compiler : cc I did also try compiling on the SUN using cc with the same result and in all cases I have tried with -g and with -O. I have tried debugging it but as yet haven't found the answer. Hope you can help since it seems to be quite a useful shell. Thanks in advance Bob Kenny
