Message-ID: Date: 9 Sep 89 00:34:23 GMT Sender: news@phoenix.Princeton.EDU Distribution: gnu Organization: Cognitive Science Lab. Princeton University. Lines: 15 Should the variable, overlay-arrow-poistion, be made per buffer-local ? If it is going to be used by many packages (e.g. monkey, vm, gnus) then it might make sense to make it buffer-local otherwise packages will interfere with each other. I'm not sure if it makes sense semantically to make this variable to be per buffer-local. Anyone got any ideas about this ? -- Eric Ho Cognitive Science Lab., Princeton University voice = 609-258-2987 email = eho@confidence.princeton.edu 609-258-2819 (messages) eho@bogey.princeton.edu regards. -eric-
