A quick question:  Is there a simple way to center lines in emacs ??
For example, if I am in 80 column mode, and I want to center the line:


Arrf!

It will make this line:

    	    	    	             Arrf!


(Also for 132 column mode will do analogous things.)

I'm sure someone can whip something up using elisp.  (I do not have
the document to it... :-(  )   What is the status of this anyway ???
