I got the tm-mips.h and mips.md files from interviews.stanford.edu to
compile gcc 1.35 on our DECstation 3100.  There were, however, a couple of
undefined symbols:

	mips_output_external
	plus_or_minus
	relop

Does anyone have a clue as to where these are defined??  Thanks much.
