I have had these binaries running for quite a while. Now when I try to compile things with gcc, I usually get 'gcc1 got fatal signal 11'. Why would this just start to do this all of a sudden after a long time a successful and productive use. I will add that I have had a good deal of hard disk trouble of late, but I have replaced the offending drive. Here are the particulars: Unix-PC (3B1 mostly) 3.51a Unix 3.5 MB RAM, 30MB HD (ST4038), WD2010, 1 AC fan, 1 DC fan, Combo card with 1 MB, 512K RAM Card, DOS-73 Card.
