     I have the most recent copy of News from KUHUB.CC.UKANS.EDU (thanks for 
providing this service Bob), and I managed to get it to compile under
VAX C 3.0 and VMS 5.2.  I tried to get it to work under with Multinet TCP/IP
by mucking about with NEWSBUILD.COM, telling it where the Multinet link library
is and otherwise pretending that we have TWG installed.  It didn't work...

     Does anybody have an appropriate NEWSBUILD.COM for building News with
Multinet TCP/IP that they'd be willing to send to me?
