I saw an old episode of the British satirical comedy programme
"Spitting Image" last Friday. They were doing the old "pack of cards"
routine, and included this item...

"When I see the King, I am reminded of Tom King, who disappeared
 around the same time as Kate Bush."

I check the credits and see that this was filmed in 1985 (!)
