I have ordered $2000 + of parts from them over the past 4 years, and have had only 2 (minor) screwups. First, they sent me a 4.91 MHz. xtal in place of a 4.19 MHz xtal (that was almost asking for trouble!!), and once they sent me a disk drive enclosure by mistake. They replaced the xtal very quickly by UPS and refunded $$ for the drive case and shipping. Not to be funny, but do you speak clearly when you order the stuff?? Paul E.
