However at that exact moment my drive on the 3B1 (2 megs, 3.51, 67 Mb drive) began making noises like it was searching for a file or running fsck (grunch, grunch, grunch, etc.). Although no phantom processes seem to be running, I cannot stop this ominous noise. I have rebooted several times, fsck'd, and run diagnostics.
