There will be a meeting of theory students Tuesday, Sept. 12, at 4PM, in the
conference room (SF3207) in which we will solicit and discuss proposals 
regarding course requirements for theory students.  The theory faculty have 
proposed a requirement of one theory course per year for credit per theory
student; we will attempt at this meeting to come up with alternatives.
