Removed ancient stuff from g partition on chess.
Newfs'd the g partition.
Moved /fsys from / to g.
Mounted /usr from watfun on /fsys/usr.
Modifications to /etc/rc.boot and /etc/rc.single as needed.
Ran xh-check and fixed a few things up as directed.
Modified /etc/inetd.conf to mimic orchid's (e.g. refer to 
/software/longnames instead of /usr/etc) and restarted inetd.

(It remains to make use of space on g for software which should be local.)
