The following features are added:

1. Allow request sender to specify CC and BCC.
2. There is a "coordinator" that assigns a unique job number to each
   request.  The job number is added to the request and then forwarded
   to the hardware people.  Also, a receipt with the job number is sent
   back to the originator of the request.
3. A "Work log" section is added to the hardware people's copy.

I'm thinking about having a per machine BCC file for logging purpose,
but that'll have to wait till the lilys are done.
