math is now running xhier'ed news.
/usr/lib/news -> /software/news/lib
instead of old
/usr/lib/news -> /usr/spool/news/.bin
/.software/local/news/data -> /usr/spool/news/.data
so al the data stuff is under /usr/spool where there is room.
/usr/spool/news/.bin still exists while this is tested out.  The data stuff
was just moved to ../.data

All machines with real news feeds are now running the *same* news software.
