Can't a Software manufacturer have copies of other peoples work to see how they perform? I called Wordtech on a dBASE III Plus compatibility question and they tried out my problem on dBASE and dbXL. Does that mean that they are now moving over to dBASE? Get real! Although I prefer dbXL, it does not seem strange to me that they would own copies of other products. I don't want to see more flame wars. We all have our favorites! Each product has a niche and yes even Ashton-Tate deserves some credit. They started it all didn't they? Yes, they make mistakes, but I have seen some good ones in other products as well. Let's give some constructive criticism instead of being whiners. nuff' said..... -- Let sleeping dragons lie........ | The Bit Chaser ---------------------------------------------------------------- Bill Wilson (Bitnet: ucc2wew@nauvm | wilson@nauvax) Northern AZ Univ Flagstaff, AZ 86011
