Does anyone out there have a list of the access (102xx) codes for the
various long distance companies?  Are these numbers standard all over
the country?  If not, I am served by Diamond State Telephone (302).

PS:  Does anyone know whether AT&T or MCI's "Reach Out America" type
plan is cheaper for calling East Coast to West Coast after 10pm?
