Several times I have suspended Emacs, done some work in DCL, and then
tried to resume the Emacs session.  I get a brief message about attaching
back to the process, then the terminal hangs.  If I hit control-C a couple
of times I can get back to DCL, but the Emacs process is gone.  Has anyone
else seen this, and is there a fix?  Thanks in advance.

This is Emacs 18.51 running under VMS 4.7.
