I am look for a copy of Robert Cook's article
"Practical Aspects of Distributed Ray Tracing"
which appeared in Siggraph'86 "Developments in Ray Tracing
course notes". 

I have exhausted the inter-library loan approach, and would
appreicate it very much if someone could photocopy it and
mail to me quickly. I'd be happy to pay for the expenses.
 (I am under the impression that for education and research
 purposes, this request does not violate copyright laws.)
