The ACM DC SIGAda September 27th meeting will feature a panel of speakers
addressing both policy and technical issues related to the subject matter.
Topics include:

	Standards' content and rationale
	Ada community reactions to the standards
	Emerging guidelines for interpreting the standards for Ada software development

The panelists include:

	Lewis Gray, Chair SIGAda 2167 Software Organization Subgroup
	David Maibor, Principal Author DoD-STD-2167
	Stu Whitney, Principal Author DoD-STD-2167A
	Myrna Olson, LOGICON Liaison to Gvernment Oversight Committee 2167

Refreshments at 6:30 pm, meeting at 7:00 pm (both one hour earlier than
usual).  The meeting will also include the annual election of officers and a
ratification vote of bylaws to permit the DC chapter to establish a separate
treasury, report directly to the ACM Chapters Board, and reschedule the
annual elections to be in alignment with the ACM fiscal year.
